What's New? June 2026 Updates: New Listing Quality Score, Out of Stock Automation, Redesigned CSV Import, and More!

We're kicking June off strong with a batch of updates aimed at helping you list smarter, manage your inventory more efficiently, and streamline your workflows. With a brand-new AI-powered listing quality score, redesigned CSV import workflow, out of stock automation, and a whole host of bug fixes, there's a lot to explore. 1. Listing Quality Optimization Score

The 🔗 Listing Tool now includes a Listing Quality Score column in the listings table. Each listing receives a score based on how complete and optimized it is — things like missing images, short titles, absent item specifics, and other factors that affect your visibility and conversion rate on eBay.

You can now hover over or click any score to open a detailed side panel showing every issue flagged for that listing.

Issues are categorized by severity, and each one is labeled as either fixable by AI or requiring a manual update. For AI-fixable issues, you can apply fixes in a single click and watch the score recalculate in real time as you resolve each problem. A reset button lets you undo any in-progress changes before saving.

2. Ended Listings Now Move to Drafts

We've changed how ended listings behave in the 🔗 Listing Tool. Previously, when a listing ended on eBay, it would automatically be categorized into the Unsold Inactive segment; now, ended listings automatically move to your Drafts.

This makes it much easier to pick up where you left off — simply find the ended listing in Drafts, make changes if needed, and re-publish it. For sellers who regularly end and re-list seasonal or promotional items, this change significantly reduces the number of steps in the workflow.

3. Redesigned CSV Import: AI Matching & Single View

The CSV Import interface has been consolidated into a single unified view, replacing the previous multi-step workflow. File upload, column mapping, and import settings are now visible in one place.

Alongside the redesign, the import flow now includes AI-powered column matching. When you upload a CSV file, 3Dsellers' AI automatically maps your file's columns to the correct 3Dsellers fields based on the column names and sample data. You see a preview of the mapping prior to import, so you can catch mismatches before they become import errors.

4. Functionality Improvements & Bug Fixes 🐞

Functionality Improvements:

🔄 Filters Reset on Refresh – Listing Tool filters no longer reset when the page is refreshed.

🔄 Apply Template Dialog – The Apply Template dialog now shows template names instead of IDs.

🔄 Cancelled Orders Status – Cancelled orders are no longer stuck in "Pending Shipment" status.

🔄 Move Drafts Between Draft Lists – New bulk action lets you move drafts between lists, making it easier to organize drafts by campaign, channel, or status.

🔄 Import to Catalog from Drafts – The "Import to Catalog" bulk action is now available in the Drafts segment, allowing you to import listing drafts as products into the catalog.

🔄 End Date & Start Date Columns – The Unsold Inactive segment now shows an End Date column, and the Unsold Active segment shows a Start Date column.

🔄 eBay Import Now Reads EAN/UPC/ISBN – When importing listings from eBay, the system now correctly reads EAN, UPC, and ISBN values from item specifics and populates them in the catalog.

🔄 VAT Field for eBay UK and Other Regions – A VAT field has been added to the Catalog for eBay region templates where VAT is applicable (such as the UK template).

🔄 MPN Mapping Across All eBay Categories – Manufacturer Part Number is now mapped to the MPN field across all eBay product categories in Mapping Templates.

🔄 Pricing Fields in Column Visibility – You can now toggle pricing-related fields (cost, margin, etc.) on or off in the listing table's Show/Hide Columns menu.

🔄 Set Listing Out of Stock Automation – A new automation action lets you create a rule that automatically marks a listing as out of stock on eBay, without manually editing or ending it.

Bug Fixes:

🛠️ SEO Mobile Description – Fixed an issue where bulk "Generate SEO Mobile Description" AI actions were not pushing the generated content to eBay.

🛠️ Publish to Channel Button – Resolved a UI issue with the fix button in the Publish to Channel flow.

🛠️ BigCommerce Price Sync – Prices are now correctly updated in BigCommerce when changed from the catalog.

🛠️ eBay Cases in Helpdesk – eBay case messages are no longer incorrectly classified as system messages — they now create proper tickets.

🛠️ Repeating Images – Fixed a bug causing the same image to appear multiple times in eBay and Shopify listings.

🛠️ eBay Store Category Filter – Resolved a 500 error that appeared for some sellers when filtering by eBay Store Category.

🛠️ Listings Filter "OR" Logic – Fixed a bug where using OR logic in listing filters returned zero results.

🛠️ CSV Image Import – Wrong main image being set on items imported via CSV is now corrected.

🛠️ Variation CSV Import – Fixed an issue where variation listings failed to import correctly from CSV.

🛠️ Bundle CSV Import – "There is no product with this SKU" errors for existing SKUs during bundle CSV import are resolved.

🛠️ Drafts Export Images – Fixed an issue where drafted listing images were exported with eBay-hosted URLs even when set to 3Dsellers-hosted.

🛠️ Category Browser in Listing Editor – Fixed an issue where the category browser showed no data when browsing categories.

🛠️ Scheduled Listings Timezone – Resolved an issue where scheduled listings were posting in UTC instead of the seller's configured timezone (e.g. Eastern), causing delays or missed publish times.

🛠️ HTML Template Description – Fixed a bug where eBay listings published via HTML/template description were going live with an empty description.

🛠️ Custom HTML Template UPC – UPC placeholder in custom HTML templates now renders correctly.

🛠️ Catalog Filter by Custom Attribute – Fixed an issue where filtering the catalog by a custom attribute returned no results.

🛠️ eBay API Daily Call Limit Errors – Resolved an unexpected eBay daily call limit error appearing for sellers with low listing edit volume.

🛠️ BigCommerce Order Sync – BigCommerce order syncs that were stuck no longer stall; sales now import into 3Dsellers correctly.

🛠️ Inventory / eBay Sync – Various fixes for missing listings and sync gaps between eBay and 3Dsellers.
