We needed a way to increase the amount of Ebay feedback we were receiving. 3D Sellers automates this process and unlike many others, it uses the Ebay native messaging to send the requests out. It also knows when not to ask for feedback, such as returns and delays. We found the software by looking for feedback automation tools. The pricing is very good. We're also using the seller communication tools as well. On the use of these features alone, the product is very good value.
