3Dsellers has always prioritized automation, and we've added some helpful integrations to help you get the most out of the automations you need. You can now connect your 3Dsellers account directly to OpenAI's GPTs or thousands of third-party apps through Zapier, so you can create the automations you need using the tools you love.

Create your own GPTs to generate product titles, respond to customer messages, or summarize orders. Or, build advanced Zaps to automate tasks like sending order data to spreadsheets, triggering Slack messages, or updating inventory.

How to Integrate ChatGPT or Zapier:

• Navigate to the Integrations section from your account settings.
• Choose either Zapier or ChatGPT to begin the integration process.

New Feature: AI Credit Monthly Plans & Auto Top-Up

We've launched new AI Credit Monthly Plans to help you use 3Dsellers' AI actions in a way that works for your needs. Now you can add a recurring monthly (or annual) AI credit top-up to your subscription, giving you even more freedom to use our growing list of integrated AI tools.

Functionality Improvements & Bug Fixes

July brings several key upgrades to usability, improved AI performance, and better team management functionality, plus a few bug fixes to improve your 3Dsellers experience.

Functionality Improvements:

🛠️ User Permissions Overhaul: We've added greater flexibility to team member permissions that allow you to control exactly what teammates can see or do, and added a new All Permissions toggle for simpler permissions management.

🛠️ WebInterpret Listing Count Fix: For sellers using WebInterpret, listings are now only counted once, rather than being duplicated across multiple regions, making your data cleaner and more accurate.

🛠️ Increased AI Token Limits: We've raised the default token limits for all users, and made it so support agents can now manually request to extend their limits further.

Bug Fixes:

🔄 Listings Table Columns Reset: Fixed a bug where customized column layouts in the Listings table would unexpectedly revert to the default layout.

🔄 Returns Counter Accuracy: Corrected an issue causing the Returns Counter in the Orders Manager to show outdated or incorrect totals.

🔄 eBay Multi-Item Orders: Resolved a display issue that caused inaccurate totals for orders containing multiple items.

🔄 Report Notification Emails: Fixed an issue where users weren't receiving confirmation emails for scheduled reports.
