New Feature: Duplicate Views in the Helpdesk

Your customer support workflows are now even easier with our latest helpdesk user interface update: Duplicate Views. This new feature allows you to instantly recreate any existing helpdesk view — whether it's channel- or team-specific — and use it for additional channels or use cases.

This is perfect for quickly standardizing views for multiple marketplaces, team roles, or departments without having to create new views each time from scratch.

How to Duplicate a View:

• Go to your Helpdesk tool.
• Find the view you want to duplicate.
• Click on "Duplicate" and deplo

Feature Upgrade: AI Image Background Removal

Your product images just got a major upgrade thanks to our new AI Image Background Removal tool. You can now instantly and accurately remove everything in your product image except the product itself — perfect for eliminating logos, branding, or distractions.

This is especially helpful for creating clean, professional-quality product images, or copying listings to other eBay Stores.

How to Remove Backgrounds with AI:

• Open your listing in the Listings Tab, or select listings in bulk.
• Open the AI Dropdown menu and select AI Background Removal.
• Watch as your product images are instantly cleaned up!

Functionality Improvements & Bug Fixes

Functionality Improvements:

🛠️ Improved Bulk Action Queue: Bulk actions now process more smoothly, reducing delays caused by large actions from high-volume users.

🛠️ Enhanced AI SEO Optimization: Upgraded our AI engine to generate even stronger, SEO-friendly content for your eBay listings.

Bug Fixes:

🔄 Template Error: Fixed a bug that caused errors when duplicating an existing template or saving a new one.

🔄 Order Status Mismatch: Corrected an issue where shipped orders were still being displayed as “Pending Shipment.”

🔄 Duplicate SKU Persistence: Resolved a bug where items remained in the Duplicate SKU folder even after being fixed.

🔄 Multi-Item Order Totals: Fixed an error that caused incorrect totals for eBay orders containing multiple items.
