- In 3Dsellers, run a listings sync for the eBay account; ended or deleted listings are then marked correctly and automations stop retrying them.
- If you manage several eBay accounts, confirm the listing is assigned to the account that actually owns it on eBay.
- If the listing was deleted on eBay, copy it to Drafts and publish it as a new listing.
This is the most common error in 3Dsellers logs; almost always it is a listing that ended on eBay while a price or stock sync was still pointing at it.
How to prevent it
Run a listings sync regularly so ended items are flagged. End listings from 3Dsellers rather than directly on eBay when possible, and check that each eBay account is connected only once so listings are never assigned to the wrong account.
