Join 3Dsellers as a Customer Success Specialist and help eBay and multichannel sellers onboard, migrate catalogs, solve listing issues, and get the most out of 3Dsellers.

3Dsellers helps online sellers manage, list, sync, automate, and grow their business across eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other sales channels all from one place.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist with strong eBay and ecommerce experience to help sellers succeed with 3Dsellers.

This role is for someone who understands how online sellers work, knows eBay very well, and can guide customers through onboarding, setup, product data migration, listing issues, CSV files, mapping templates and advanced 3Dsellers workflows.

This is not a basic support role. It’s a hands-on customer success role for someone who can combine ecommerce knowledge, technical problem-solving, and clear communication.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with eBay selling, eBay listings, item specifics, categories, variations, templates, and seller workflows
  • Experience working with ecommerce tools such as 3Dsellers, Rithum / ChannelAdvisor, Linnworks, Sellbrite, or other third-party ecommerce software
  • Good understanding of multichannel selling across platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy, or TikTok Shop
  • Strong knowledge of CSV files, Excel, imports, exports, bulk editing, product data, and mapping templates
  • Ability to troubleshoot listing errors, sync issues, catalog problems, channel requirements, and data issues
  • Ability to guide customers through onboarding, setup, migration, and advanced workflows
  • Ability to explain technical ecommerce topics in a simple and clear way
  • Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset with patience, ownership, and strong problem-solving ability

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for a current or former eBay seller, an ecommerce seller using third-party tools, or someone who has worked in an ecommerce SaaS company supporting sellers.

This is not a basic support role.
