Webgility has three software plans. Pro costs $69 a month billed yearly or $79 month to month and covers 300 orders and 2 sales channels. Advanced is $129 or $149 for 800 orders. Complete is $299 or $349 for 1,500 orders and 3 channels, with monthly reconciliation. Full-service bookkeeping starts at $649 a month, and each extra sales channel costs $20 a month.
Yes. Webgility's website offers a 14-day free trial. You can also book a 30-minute demo with an ecommerce specialist, who reviews your accounting setup, sales channels and inventory before suggesting a plan. If you decide not to continue, cancel through the customer portal before the trial ends and at least 7 days before any renewal date.
Sign in at portal.webgility.com, go to Plan and usage, click Modify Plan, select Cancel Subscription and continue, then give a reason and confirm. Your account will then not renew. You can also email billing@webgility.com instead. Webgility's terms say cancellation requests must arrive at least 7 days before your renewal date, so do not leave it to the last day.
Only annual plans have a refund window. Webgility's terms give annual subscriptions a 30-day money-back guarantee that covers subscription fees and implementation fees for work not yet done. Monthly and quarterly subscription fees are not refundable, and completed services or customizations are not refunded. Billing questions go to billing@webgility.com.
Webgility connects to QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier and Enterprise), Intuit Enterprise Suite and Xero. It posts each order, fee, tax and payout from your sales channels as separate entries, so the books can be reconciled without manual data entry. Intuit also names Webgility as the partner behind a QuickBooks Desktop ecommerce integration.
Yes. eBay is one of Webgility's supported marketplaces, along with Amazon, Walmart, Etsy and TikTok Shop. It also connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and Wix stores, and to Shopify POS, Lightspeed POS and Square. Each plan includes a set number of sales channels, and extra channels cost $20 a month.

Other tools that bring ecommerce sales into accounting software include A2X, Synder and Link My Books. A2X and Link My Books mainly summarize marketplace payouts into journal entries, while Synder can sync individual transactions. Choose based on your accounting system, your order volume, and whether you also need inventory sync, which Webgility includes.
