Yes. Taxomate offers a 14-day free trial on all plans, and its eBay integration page says no credit card is required. During the trial you can connect eBay and your accounting software, import settlements and check how entries look in your books before choosing a plan. Log in to Taxomate and go to Settings, then Billing. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cancel This Account. Taxomate's help center says you can cancel at any point. The help article does not explain refunds or what happens to your data, so export anything you need and contact support if you have billing questions.
