Is there a Synder free trial?

Yes. Synder offers a 15-day free trial and no credit card is required. The trial lets you connect eBay, your payment platforms and your accounting software to test how transactions sync before you pay. Check that your eBay sales volume fits the transaction limit of the plan you plan to buy, because pricing is based on monthly transactions.

How do I cancel Synder?

In Synder, click the Person icon at the top right, then Organization Settings, then Manage Subscription, and click Cancel Subscription. Follow the prompts and confirm, and Synder will show your end date. Your account stays active until the billing period ends and you are not charged again. If you subscribed through the Clover App Market, remove Synder from your Clover Dashboard instead.

Does Synder give refunds?

Synder's help center says all purchases are final and non-refundable, as stated in its Terms and Conditions. If you think you were charged by mistake, email help@synder.com with the details and they will review the case. Some Capterra reviewers complained about annual plan cancellations, so read the billing terms before choosing yearly billing.

What happens to my data if I cancel Synder?

Transactions that Synder already synced to QuickBooks or Xero stay in your accounting software, so cancelling Synder does not remove them. Before your Synder account expires, you can export your transaction history from Synder. If you need help with the export, Synder asks you to contact help@synder.com before the subscription end date.

How do I connect eBay to Synder?

For a new account, start a free trial, set up your organization, choose eBay as a platform, connect your accounting software, then connect your eBay store and pick a payout account such as your checking account. In an existing account, go to Organization settings, click Add integration and choose eBay. eBay managed payments is the main requirement. If buyers also pay through PayPal or Stripe, connect those too.
