Seller Ledger
Seller Ledger is bookkeeping software built for online sellers and resellers.
Seller Ledger is bookkeeping software built for online sellers and resellers. It connects to sales channels including eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, Poshmark, Mercari, Whatnot, Depop, TCGplayer and TikTok Shop, as well as PayPal, Stripe, Square and most banks and credit cards. It imports orders, selling fees and shipping costs, sorts them into categories, and lets sellers add mileage, cost of goods and other expenses. It tracks inventory and profit per item and produces a Schedule C tax report for US sellers. The team includes people who built Outright, which became GoDaddy Bookkeeping, and TaxJar. Every customer gets every feature, and price depends only on monthly transaction volume.

FAQ
Seller Ledger charges by monthly billable transactions, and every plan includes every feature. The four tiers cost $10, $20, $50 and $100 per month, or $100, $200, $500 and $1,000 per year, which gives two months free. The top tier covers more than 5,000 transactions a month with no limit.
Yes. Seller Ledger offers a 30-day free trial with every feature and no credit card required. During the trial and on monthly plans it imports up to 90 days of transaction history. If you prepay for a year, it imports data back to January 1 of the current tax year where the connected platform allows.
Trial users do not need to do anything, because the trial simply expires after 30 days. Paying customers open app.sellerledger.com/settings/billing and click the Cancel link on the lower left side. Export your records before cancelling, since the terms say you lose access to your content once the account is cancelled.
Seller Ledger does not force an upgrade when a busy month pushes you over your plan limit. Because online sales are seasonal, it charges the difference between your tier and the higher tier for that month. Billable transactions generally include imported transactions, with exceptions for some small fees and manually entered amounts.
The homepage lists Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, Poshmark, Mercari and Whatnot, plus pages for Depop, TCGplayer, Mana Pool, TikTok Shop, Square and Stripe. It also links PayPal and most banks and credit cards. Some channels connect directly and others use imported transaction history files.
The homepage invites customers to email the US based product team at any time or click the chat bubble in the lower right of the site and app. The knowledge base at support.sellerledger.com covers bookkeeping, connected accounts, inventory, billing and guidance for accounting professionals.
Other accounting options for eBay sellers include QuickBooks Online and Xero with connectors such as A2X or Link My Books, and GoDaddy Bookkeeping for existing users. Seller Ledger positions itself as a simpler option focused on resellers. Choose based on whether you need full double entry accounting or reseller focused profit and tax reports.
