Omnisend has a Free plan and two paid plans. The Free plan costs $0 and allows 500 emails per month to 250 contacts. Standard starts at $16 per month and Pro starts at $59 per month. Paid plan prices change automatically each billing cycle based on billable contacts, which include subscribers and non-subscribed customers who received automated messages. SMS on Pro starts at $0.007 per message.

Omnisend has a permanent Free plan rather than a time-limited trial. It includes all features for up to 250 contacts and 500 emails per month, and no credit card is required. You can upload more contacts, but campaigns can only be sent to a segment of 250 or fewer. First-time subscribers to a paid plan can get 30% off the first 3 months by paying upfront.

Go to Store Settings, then Pricing and usage, then Manage, and choose Cancel or Downgrade to the Free Plan. The change takes effect at the end of the billing cycle and your data stays on the Free plan. SMS credit subscriptions must be cancelled separately. On Shopify, disconnecting Omnisend also cancels the paid plan. Only account Owners or Admins can make these changes.

Yes. Omnisend offers a freeze option for seasonal businesses or temporary breaks. It costs a one-time fee of $50, takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, and keeps your account data for up to 12 months so you can reactivate later. Downgrading to a cheaper tier is another option; downgrades take effect immediately and start a new 30-day billing cycle.

Omnisend has native integrations with Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, WordPress, Wix and Shoplazza, plus Ecwid, PrestaShop, nopCommerce, Big Cartel and SureCart. Other platforms, including Shopware, can connect through a JavaScript snippet and the Omnisend API. Omnisend does not list an eBay or Amazon integration, so it is used for web store customers rather than marketplace buyers.
