MyProfit

MyProfit is a financial reporting platform for eBay dropshipping businesses. It connects eBay seller accounts with PayPal and Payoneer and pulls order and supplier data into automated dashboards. Sellers see profit per store, eBay and PayPal commissions, refunds and profit and loss statements in one place, instead of building spreadsheets by hand. It is aimed at dropshippers rather than general retail.

MyProfit builds per store profitability reports, eBay and PayPal commission reports, profit and loss statements and refund reports. It creates eBay invoices and supplier invoices automatically. Sellers can rate their eBay accounts and suppliers, and assign tasks to virtual assistants from a simple task list. PayPal and Payoneer accounts connect alongside eBay, so payment data is part of the reports.

MyProfit has a Free plan with one eBay account and three paid plans: Basic at $14.90 per month or $125 per year, Pro at $19.90 per month or $167 per year, and Premium at $29.90 per month or $251 per year. The MyProfit site names two founders. Nir Erlich ran his own eBay dropshipping business, and Eyal Raz is a CPA. The product combines both areas: it focuses on profit, commissions, refunds and invoices for eBay dropshippers, rather than general bookkeeping for every type of retail business. It connects eBay, PayPal and Payoneer accounts to build those reports.

Other tools that calculate profit and fees for eBay sellers include Seller Ledger, A2X, Link My Books and QuickBooks Online with an eBay connector. Some dropshipping platforms, such as AutoDS, also include profit reports.
