Order volume uses a rolling 12-month average.

Paid plans normally import 3 months of history, with up to 24 months available depending on the plan, and more historical data can be added for a one-off fee. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date.
Account closures are handled by the support team. First download any files you need, such as audit files and settlement CSVs, because exports stop once the account is read-only. Then email support from the account owner's address to request closure before your renewal date; it is usually processed within 24 hours. If you use eBay seller-initiated payouts, switch to scheduled payouts first. If billed through Shopify, uninstall the app in Shopify admin instead.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that the account becomes read-only for 90 days, and then all data is permanently deleted; you can ask for faster deletion when cancelling. Link My Books does not refund subscription payments already taken. Downgrades are never automatic, a mid-cycle downgrade on a monthly plan gets no pro-rated credit, and annual customers who downgrade mid-term receive an account credit instead.
