A2X
A2X is accounting software that connects ecommerce sales channels to accounting systems.
A2X is accounting software that connects ecommerce sales channels to accounting systems. For eBay sellers, it takes payout data and turns each payout into a summarized entry in QuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuite, so the entry total matches the deposit that lands in the bank. It can also post cost of goods sold entries when SKU costs are uploaded, and it separates taxed, untaxed and tax-exclusive sales. Besides eBay, A2X works with Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart and PayPal, and it has a multi-channel plan for sellers on several channels. Pricing is monthly and based on order volume per channel. A free trial lets users post settlements before choosing a plan.
Key features

- Posts to QuickBooks Online, Xero and NetSuite
- Cost of goods sold (COGS) entries from uploaded SKU costs
- Tax breakdown for taxed, untaxed and tax-exclusive sales
- Multi-channel plan covering Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart and PayPal
FAQ
A2X prices its eBay plans by monthly order volume, in US dollars. Mini costs $29 per month for up to 200 orders, Basic $45 for 500, Pro $79 for 2,000, Advanced $115 for 5,000 and Standard 10k $159 for 10,000. Premium plans start at $229 per month for 15,000 orders and go up to $1,499 for 250,000 orders. Sellers above that volume can ask for custom pricing.
Yes. A2X offers a free trial with access to all features, and during the trial you can post up to three settlements to your accounting software before you choose a paid plan. Several third-party reviews describe the trial as 14 days with no credit card needed, but the A2X eBay pricing page describes the limit in settlements rather than days, so check the terms when you sign up.
Click your user icon in A2X, choose Subscriptions, then click Edit Plan on the plan you want to end. Scroll down the Pricing Plans page, click Cancel subscription, then Continue to cancel, answer the short survey and confirm with the red Cancel subscription button. Service stops right away and the account goes back to trial mode. Cancelled paid accounts are deleted after 90 days, so export anything you need first.
A2X connects Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart and PayPal to accounting software. The accounting platforms listed on its integrations page are QuickBooks Online, Xero and NetSuite, and an FAQ on the same page says Sage is also supported. QuickBooks Desktop is not listed. Sellers on more than one channel can use a multi-channel subscription, and a CSV export is available for businesses without a supported accounting system.
Instead of pushing every eBay order into your books, A2X creates one summary entry that covers the exact period of each eBay payout. Because the entry total matches the deposit, reconciling it against the bank feed takes a single match. Entries separate taxed, untaxed and tax-exclusive sales, and A2X can also add cost of goods sold entries if you upload the cost of each SKU.
It depends on the plan. Standard A2X for eBay plans, from Mini to Standard 10k, include one eBay account. Premium plans include more: five accounts on the 15k to 75k tiers, ten on the 100k and 150k tiers, and twenty on the 200k and 250k tiers. The plan also sets how much order history you can import, from three months on Mini up to the maximum on Advanced and above.
Cancelling stops the service immediately, so no more data is sent to your accounting system, and the account switches back to free trial mode with limited access. A2X deletes cancelled paid accounts 90 days after you unsubscribe, so export any data you want to keep before cancelling. Cancelling also stops further billing, and A2X suggests timing it for the end of your billing cycle.
A2X support can be reached by email at contact@a2xaccounting.com or through the chat icon inside the A2X app. The A2X Support Center has articles on setup, billing and subscriptions, including step-by-step guides for changing or cancelling a plan. No public phone number for general support was found, so email or in-app chat are the main routes for account and billing questions.
Other tools that post eBay sales and fees to accounting software include Link My Books, Synder and Webgility. Link My Books advertises eBay plans from $17 per month for 200 orders, while Synder and Webgility both offer eBay to QuickBooks integrations. The best fit depends on your accounting platform, your order volume and whether you want summarized payout entries or more per-order detail in your books.
