eBay Error 22003: Auto decline amount cannot be greater than or equal to the Buy It Now price.

Why this happens

The Best Offer "Decline" price is greater than or equal to the listing price. Why eBay enforces this: Auto-decline rejects offers below a set amount. If that amount is equal to or above the Buy It Now price, every offer would be declined, so eBay refuses the setting. When it usually happens: It usually appears after a price drop or repricing lowers the listing price while the auto-decline value stays the same.
