eBay Error 21919152: Shipping policy is required.

Shipping Policy
Copy link

The listing has no shipping policy. Assign one and republish.

Why this happens

The listing is missing a Shipping Policy/ settings. Why eBay enforces this: Accounts using business policies must attach a shipping policy to every listing. Without it, eBay does not know how the item ships. When it usually happens: It usually appears when no default shipping policy is set in 3Dsellers.

Example Wrong Settings

Listing published with shipping policy empty.

Example Correct Settings

Listing uses the account's default shipping policy.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing and select a shipping policy.
  2. Set a default shipping policy for the seller account so new listings get one automatically.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Set default shipping, payment and return policies for every eBay account in 3Dsellers.
