OTTO deducts fees and commissions from your sales revenue on a central settlement account. The balance is paid out weekly, always on Thursdays, with a due date of 14 days. The basic fee is also settled from this account once enough sales revenue is available.

How do I cancel my OTTO Market contract?

The OTTO Market contract can be terminated at any time with one month's notice to the end of the month. The monthly basic fee of EUR 99.90 plus VAT keeps applying until the contract ends. Remaining balances on the settlement account are paid out through the normal weekly Thursday payout run.

Prospective sellers can find answers about fees, requirements and billing in the public FAQ on otto.market before they apply.
