How to start selling
MyDeal closed its customer website by 30 September 2025 and no longer accepts sellers; mydeal.com.au now redirects to BIG W Market. Sellers can apply to BIG W Market or Everyday Market on woolworths.com.au, or to Kogan Marketplace, Bunnings Marketplace, eBay Australia or Amazon Australia.
Seller questions
No. In June 2025 Woolworths Group announced it would close the MyDeal customer website by 30 September 2025 because of intense competition and a lack of a clear path to profitability. A notice on the site said its best deals would move to BIG W from 1 October 2025, and mydeal.com.au now redirects to the BIG W marketplace page.
Woolworths said it would keep using the MyDeal technology platform, seller relationships and capabilities to grow its BIG W Market and Everyday Market banners on woolworths.com.au, both run by Woolworths MarketPlus. Former MyDeal sellers who want to keep selling with Woolworths Group should apply to or contact those marketplaces directly.
The closest replacements are BIG W Market and Everyday Market on woolworths.com.au, which took over MyDeal's role within Woolworths Group. Other Australian options include Kogan Marketplace, Bunnings Marketplace for home and outdoor products, eBay Australia and Amazon Australia. Each has its own application process, category rules and commission terms.
