Grailed

Grailed is free for buyers. Sellers pay a 9% commission on sales of $120 or more and 6% on sales under $120, with a $1.99 minimum, for sales on or after May 20, 2026. The rate applies to domestic and international sales. The sale price includes buyer-paid shipping unless you use a Grailed Label. A payment processing fee is charged separately.

Yes, on every transaction. If you are onboarded with Stripe, the fee is 3.49% + $0.49 for US domestic payments and 4.99% + $0.49 for international payments. In a Stripe country without onboarding it is 3.49% + $0.99 domestic and 5.49% + $0.99 international. Sellers outside Stripe-eligible countries pay 4.99% + $0.49. Grailed can change these fees at any time.

Grailed releases funds to your bank account within 3 calendar days after the item shows as delivered, unless there is a dispute, investigation or legal hold. US banks usually take another 2 to 3 business days. Outside the US, allow up to 10 more business days. You must add tracking and ship within 7 calendar days of purchase or the sale is canceled.

You can only delete your account in the Grailed iOS app: open Settings, scroll to the bottom and choose to delete your account. Without the iOS app, contact Grailed support. If you have pending sales or purchases, you must wait 30 calendar days after the last order is delivered. A deleted account's email cannot be used again. To reactivate, email help@grailed.com.

Grailed freezes accounts for suspected or actual violations of its Code of Conduct or Terms of Service, such as taking transactions off the platform or sharing contact details. To appeal, contact Grailed with supporting documents. Grailed's Account Health dashboard rates sellers as Excellent, Good, At Risk or Restricted, and lower ratings can reduce your listings' visibility in search and feeds.

Only when the listing misdescribed the item's authenticity, color, condition, fabric or measurements, which is covered by Grailed's Purchase Protection. If the item was described accurately, or no measurements were given, the seller is not required to accept a return or give a refund. Buyers and sellers can still agree on a return between themselves.

US sellers may receive Form 1099-K through Grailed's payment processors, PayPal or Stripe. Since July 4, 2025, the federal threshold is over $20,000 in gross sales and more than 200 transactions a year, while some states use lower thresholds of $600 to $2,500. Forms for 2025 were due by February 2, 2026. Non-US sellers may need to submit Form W-8.

Submit a request through the contact form in the Grailed Help Center at support.grailed.com. Grailed's help articles also list help@grailed.com, for example for reactivating a deleted account. For payout problems, Grailed asks US sellers to contact support if funds are not released within 3 calendar days after tracking shows delivery and no delay notice was sent.

Grailed, founded in 2014, is owned by GOAT Group, the company behind the GOAT sneaker and apparel marketplace. GOAT Group bought Grailed in 2022. Grailed still runs as its own marketplace, with its own website, app, help center and fee structure.
