Wesfarmers also runs other retail businesses, including Kmart Group. Buyers who purchase from a marketplace seller deal with that seller for warranty questions.

If the seller details are missing or the seller is not helping, customers can contact Catch on 1300 222 824 or customerservice@catch.com.au. Sellers should keep their own order records to respond to warranty and consumer guarantee claims.
Past orders and tax invoices can be retrieved through Order Look Up on Catch.com.au. Catch says it must keep order-related information for 7 years under the Privacy Act, not including bank details, and customer and order details are deleted seven fiscal years after the last purchase. Deletion requests go through Enquiries under My Data and Privacy.
