Its fulfilment centres were transferred to Kmart Group and some digital capabilities to other Wesfarmers retail divisions.
Catch said that from 1 May 2025 it would proactively refund all unexpired store credit. For unused gift card balances, customers enter their details through the Gift Card tile in the Catch Help Centre, and refunds take 7 to 10 business days. Catch directs customers to contact the marketplace seller using the email in the order confirmation. If the seller details are missing or the seller is not helping, customers can contact Catch on 1300 222 824 or customerservice@catch.com.au. Sellers should keep their own order records to respond to warranty and consumer guarantee claims after the closure.
Catch says it must keep order-related information for 7 years under the Privacy Act, not including bank details, and customer and order details are deleted seven fiscal years after the last purchase. Former Catch sellers in Australia can apply to other marketplaces such as Kogan Marketplace, Bunnings Marketplace, BIG W Market and Everyday Market on woolworths.com.au, which is where Woolworths moved its marketplace focus, as well as eBay Australia and Amazon Australia. Each has its own application process, category rules and commission terms, so compare them before moving listings.
