Seller questions
Yes. As of September 2026 the Bunnings Marketplace page is live and invites businesses to become a Bunnings Marketplace seller to reach millions of customers online. Bunnings describes its sellers as third-party Trusted Sellers it has partnered with. Interested businesses apply through the Marketplace seller interest form on the Bunnings website.
Bunnings does not publish seller fees or commission rates on its public pages. Commercial terms are discussed with businesses that apply and are accepted as Trusted Sellers. If you are considering Bunnings, ask for the full fee schedule, payment terms and any integration requirements during the application process before committing stock.
No. Bunnings Marketplace products are sold online only and delivered directly to customers by the Trusted Sellers. They are not stocked in local Bunnings stores, and Click and Collect is not available for marketplace orders. Sellers therefore need their own delivery set up to ship orders to customers' addresses.
The seller does. Customers with a problem are told to contact the Trusted Seller through the Contact Seller link in their order confirmation email, or through Order History in their Bunnings account. Sellers should respond to these messages and manage returns and refunds under their own policy and Australian Consumer Law.
No. Because marketplace products are sold and delivered by third-party Trusted Sellers, the Bunnings price guarantee and lowest prices policy do not apply. Customers also cannot collect Flybuys points or pay with a PowerPass card on marketplace products, and only reducing balance gift cards with a 4-digit PIN work online.
Customers reach the seller through the Contact Seller link in the initial order confirmation email. Customers with a Bunnings account can also contact the seller from their Order History page. Messages go to the seller rather than Bunnings staff, so sellers need to monitor and answer these enquiries promptly.
