Seller fees
New sellers pay a one-time, non-refundable $14.99 account set-up fee. Listing is free for up to 50 active listings; above that it is $0.03 per listing per month, capped at $20 (Gold and higher memberships have no listing fees). When an item sells, Bonanza charges a Final Value Fee of at least 11% of the Final Offer Value (item price plus any shipping above $10), plus a $0.25 transaction fee for sellers without a membership. The minimum Final Value Fee is $0.50, and the portion of a sale above $4,000 is charged a flat 1.5%. Sellers who opt into advertising pay 11% to 30% depending on the level chosen. Optional memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Titan, Titan Ad) cost extra. Payments go through PayPal or Stripe, which charge their own processing fees (Stripe: 2.9% + $0.30).

How to start selling
Click Sell on Bonanza, then Start Selling Now, and create a username and booth title. Add your address and shipping settings, connect a PayPal account (required) and optionally Stripe, and you can import listings from another platform or a CSV file. Enter a credit card to verify your identity, which is charged the $14.99 set-up fee.
Seller questions
New sellers pay a $14.99 set-up fee. Each sale is charged a Final Value Fee of at least 11% of the item price plus any shipping above $10, with a $0.50 minimum, and non-members also pay $0.25 per sale. The amount above $4,000 is charged 1.5%. Opting into advertising raises the rate to between 11% and 30%. More than 50 active listings costs $0.03 per listing per month, capped at $20.
Buyers pay sellers directly through PayPal, which every Bonanza seller must accept, and optionally through Stripe. Bonanza does not hold payments. New Stripe accounts have a 7-day verification period before the first payout, after which US sellers are paid on a rolling 2-day schedule. Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, and PayPal charges its own fees. Bonanza's fees are billed to you separately.
Go to Account, then Account settings, then Seller settings. In the Pause or cancel your booth section, click the link to close your booth. Then return to the same page and click Cancel your account. You cannot cancel while you have unshipped orders or unpaid final value fees, so contact Bonanza Support if either applies. To close only a buying account, use the Other Options tab.
Click View benefits on your Account page, then use the cancellation link in the Payment details box and complete every step. You keep the benefits until the end of the paid term, and membership fees are not refundable. If you pay through PayPal, also cancel the recurring payment inside your PayPal account. Instead of cancelling, you can pause a monthly membership for $6.95 per month.
Bonanza has no single return policy. Each seller sets their own in the Shipping and Returns tab of booth settings. If you accept a return, you arrange the return label and refund the buyer through the payment method they used, such as PayPal or Stripe. After refunding, you can request a final value fee refund from your Billing statements page within 180 days of the transaction.
Yes, in many places. As a marketplace facilitator, Bonanza calculates, collects and remits sales tax for sales to buyers in most US states, plus the EU, UK and Australia, no matter where the seller is. The tax appears as a Partner commission or Application fee on your payment receipt. Bonanza does not collect for Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire or Oregon, and it does not track your economic nexus.

Yes, as long as you can accept PayPal, which Bonanza requires for every seller. Because of PayPal restrictions, Bonanza does not support sellers located in Israel or Japan, or anywhere PayPal does not operate. Stripe can be added as a second payment option in over 20 countries. Bonanza collects VAT or GST on sales to buyers in the EU, UK and Australia.
