No. Amazon discontinued the Amazon Webstore service effective July 1, 2016. After that date merchants had no access to Webstore content or features. Amazon told merchants the closure did not affect their ability to sell on Amazon.com through their Selling on Amazon account, which continued as a separate service.

Amazon announced the closure in March 2015 and stopped letting new sellers sign up that month, giving existing merchants about 15 months to move. In February 2016 it told sellers that order processing would stop on May 1, 2016. The service was fully discontinued on July 1, 2016.

Reports at the time said Amazon was stepping back from being a passive provider of store software and putting more focus on its own marketplace and Prime membership. The hosted store market had also become crowded, with Shopify and BigCommerce raising large funding rounds to build competing tools for small online merchants.

Amazon told merchants to export and save all relevant data from their Webstore before July 1, 2016, because access ended on that date. New orders stopped on May 1, 2016, but merchants could still handle returns and refunds in Webstore until July 1. Amazon.com seller accounts were not affected.
