Seller questions
Creating an account and listing offers is free. Allegro charges a net sales commission when an item sells, and the rate depends on the category. The March 2026 table shows most rates between 7.5% and 17%, with a maximum fee per item in many categories. Promotion, advertising, subscriptions and fulfilment are optional paid services.
Sales proceeds go to your Allegro balance and are paid by bank transfer to an account matching your Allegro details. Business accounts can withdraw manually at any time or set automatic payouts daily, weekly or monthly. Transfers are sent by the end of the next business day. Minimum payouts are PLN 20, EUR 10, CZK 100 or HUF 2,000.
Sales on allegro.cz are in CZK, on allegro.sk in EUR and on allegro.hu in HUF. Allegro does not charge a conversion fee, but your bank may. A Currency Converter on your Allegro account lets you convert funds before withdrawal, and it is required for CZK and HUF payouts to a Polish bank account. A SWIFT code is needed for foreign currency transfers.
Yes. Companies from EEA countries register with company registration extracts and beneficial ownership details. Companies from outside the EEA can also register but must send more documents, including two ID documents and selfies for each owner or representative. Non-EEA sellers can have only one account with a maximum of 500 offers, and verify bank accounts through options such as Payoneer or WorldFirst.
Allegro runs a Welcome Programme for new business sellers that offers reduced sales commission, down to 0%, during the first 90 days. Account creation and maintenance cost nothing, so a new seller pays nothing until a sale is made. Check the programme terms in your account, since eligibility and conditions can change.
Allegro's help explains the EU OSS scheme. If your cross-border sales to EU consumers stay under EUR 10,000 (PLN 42,000) a year, you can apply your home VAT. Above that, you charge the VAT rate of each destination country and can declare it quarterly through OSS. Records must be kept for 10 years.
Featuring an offer costs PLN 19.90 for 10 days plus 0.75 times the category commission on items sold. Cheaper variants at PLN 5.90 or PLN 2.90 exist in selected categories. Allegro Ads is a separate pay-per-click or pay-per-view service, with a minimum daily budget of PLN 3 for sponsored offers.
