Zoho Inventory
Zoho Inventory is cloud inventory and order management software from Zoho Corporation.
Zoho Inventory is cloud inventory and order management software from Zoho Corporation. It tracks stock across warehouses, handles sales and purchase orders, picking, packing and shipping, and connects to online sales channels so stock and orders are managed in one place. For eBay, the integration imports eBay sales as sales orders, adds new buyers as contacts, pushes stock changes to eBay and sends shipment details back. Items are matched by SKU, and syncs run every 4 hours by default or as often as every 30 minutes. Zoho's help pages say the eBay integration is only available for organizations in the US and UK. Other channels include Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce, and it links with Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online and Xero. There is a free plan and paid plans billed per organization.

FAQ
Yes. Zoho Inventory has a built-in eBay integration. eBay sales come into Zoho Inventory as sales orders, new buyers are added as contacts, stock changes in Zoho Inventory are pushed to eBay, and shipment details are sent back to eBay. Items are matched using SKUs, so each item must have the same SKU in eBay and in Zoho Inventory.
Zoho's help pages say the eBay integration is currently available only for organizations in the US and UK, which covers eBay.com and eBay.co.uk. Before connecting, your base currency in Zoho Inventory must match the currency of your eBay account. Sellers on other eBay sites, such as Germany or Australia, would need a third-party connector or a different tool.
Zoho's pricing pages do not state which plans include the eBay integration. The US edition pricing page lists eBay among its marketplace integrations, while the global pricing page does not mention eBay, which fits the US and UK limit. The best way to confirm is to test it during the 14-day free trial or ask Zoho Inventory support before buying.
Zoho Inventory has a free plan for up to 50 orders per month. On the US edition pricing page, paid plans billed annually are Standard at $29, Premium at $79, Plus at $129 and Enterprise at $249 per organization per month, with limits of 500, 3,000, 7,500 and 15,000 orders per month. Other regions show different plan names and limits.
Both. New sign-ups get a 14-day free trial of paid features, and Zoho says you can ask support for an extension. After that you can pick a paid plan or stay on the free plan, which Zoho says has no time limit but limited features, including a limit of 50 orders per month. The free plan on the US page allows 1 user and 1 location.
Click the gear icon, open Organization Settings, click Manage Subscription, then Change Plan to open the Zoho Store. Scroll down, click Downgrade to Free Plan, choose a reason, and click CONFIRM DOWNGRADE. You can choose to downgrade at the end of the billing cycle. Zoho says cancelling does not delete your account and your data stays viewable.
By default Zoho Inventory syncs with eBay once every 4 hours. You can change the interval to anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours, or run a manual sync of items and orders at any time. You can also choose to import only Confirmed orders or both Confirmed and Fulfilled orders. The first sync takes about 15 minutes after connecting.
Zoho's eBay help pages describe mapping items you already sell on eBay to Zoho Inventory items by SKU, then keeping stock, orders and shipments in sync. They do not describe creating new eBay listings from Zoho Inventory. Sellers who need to create and edit eBay listings in bulk usually pair an inventory system with a listing tool, or use a tool that does both.
Zoho Inventory lists support by email at support@zohoinventory.com and by phone at 844-316-5544 for the US. Its website also has help documentation, frequently asked questions, a user forum and webinars. For subscription changes on offline purchases, Zoho asks customers to email renewals@zohocorp.com.
eBay sellers who need wider eBay site coverage or listing tools often compare Zoho Inventory with Linnworks, Sellbrite, Zentail and 3Dsellers. 3Dsellers focuses on eBay and adds listing, inventory, helpdesk and product research tools. Zentail is aimed at larger brands on annual contracts. Check which eBay countries each tool supports, since Zoho Inventory's eBay connection is limited to the US and UK.
