Zipsale is UK based crosslisting software for vintage shops and second hand resellers. Sellers create or import items once and list them on up to eight marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Depop and Vinted, from one inventory. When an item sells, automatic delisting removes it from the other marketplaces to prevent overselling, although Facebook Marketplace is not covered by auto delisting. Other features include a sell similar option, listing templates, bulk import, scheduled listing, bulk price edits, analytics and a free eBay item relister. Add-ons automate Depop and Vinted relisting, refreshing and offers. Sellers can choose a monthly subscription by items listed, pay as they go with listing credits, or start on a free plan.

FAQ

How much does Zipsale cost?

Zipsale has a free plan for 10 items a month and paid subscriptions priced before VAT: Part Time 15 GBP for 100 items, Core 25 GBP for 200, Prime 45 GBP for 500, Business 79 GBP for 3,000 and Enterprise 99 GBP for unlimited items per month. Yearly billing saves up to 15%, and listing credits start at 0.18 GBP per item.

Is there a free plan or trial?

Yes. The Free plan lets you list 10 items per month and includes bulk import, although Facebook imports are not supported and automatic delisting is not included on the free plan. You can also buy listing credits instead of a subscription if you only list occasionally.

Which marketplaces does Zipsale work with?

Zipsale says it works with eight marketplaces, and its site names eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Depop, Vinted and Facebook Marketplace. Automatic delisting works across the supported marketplaces except Facebook Marketplace. Depop and Vinted add-ons handle relisting, refreshing and offers for those platforms.

How do I cancel my Zipsale subscription?

Zipsale's 2023 help article said cancellation was moving to self-service and, until then, asked users to contact support through the orange help button at the bottom of the screen. Check your account billing settings for a cancel option first, and if it is not there, request cancellation through the help button and ask for confirmation.

Does Zipsale prevent overselling?

Yes, on paid plans. When an item sells on one marketplace, Zipsale's auto delisting feature removes it from the others. Facebook Marketplace is not part of auto delisting, so items listed there must be removed manually, and the Free plan does not include auto delisting.

How do I contact Zipsale support?

Zipsale advertises 24/7 customer support on its pricing page and runs a Zendesk help center with guides on listing, importing items, the sell similar feature and managing subscriptions. Inside the app, the orange help button at the bottom of the screen opens a support request.

What are alternatives to Zipsale?

Other crosslisting tools for resellers include Vendoo, List Perfectly, Crosslist, Nifty and ResellKit. Sellers whose main channel is eBay and who need listing, order and messaging tools together can compare 3Dsellers. Compare supported marketplaces, especially Vinted and Depop, and whether auto delisting is included.
