ZIK's eBay PRO plan costs $39.90 per month and the PRO+ plan costs $59.90 per month. PRO+ adds more Product Explorer searches, unlimited Bulk Scanner, Turbo Scanner and Autopilot runs, and unlimited Best Selling Items. The Shopify Standard plan is $39.90 per month. Yearly billing is cheaper, and the pricing page often shows a 50% first-month discount.
ZIK offers a 7-day trial for $1 with full access to the plan you pick. You enter PayPal, card or Payoneer details at signup, and if you do not cancel within the 7 days you are charged for the chosen plan. Users who already had a trial are not eligible for another. The Chrome extension can be installed for free with limited data.
Log in to ZIK Analytics, open the Management panel on the left side, click Billing and then Cancel, and follow the prompts to confirm. After that you will not be charged again. If you are on the $1 trial, cancel before the 7 days end. If you have trouble, contact ZIK support through the chat and they can help with the cancellation.
Refunds are limited. ZIK says that if you do not cancel during the 7-day trial, you are charged for your plan and it will not issue refunds. Yearly plans are paid upfront and cannot be refunded once paid. Lifetime plans have no trial but come with a 14-day money-back guarantee, which you claim by contacting customer support. Some Trustpilot reviewers complain about refund denials.
