Zentail
Zentail is a cloud platform for brands and larger sellers that manage one product catalog across several marketplaces.
Zentail is a cloud platform for brands and larger sellers that manage one product catalog across several marketplaces. Sellers enter product data once, and Zentail's SMART Types feature maps that data to each channel's category and field rules. It also syncs inventory, routes orders, manages prices across channels and reports on sales. Supported sales channels include Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus, eBay, Newegg, Shopify and BigCommerce, and it connects to shipping tools, 3PLs and warehouse systems such as ShipStation, ShipBob and SkuVault. Zentail sells annual contracts only, with plans starting at $300 per month, so it is aimed more at established brands than at small eBay-only sellers. New customers book a demo rather than start a self-serve trial.

FAQ
Zentail's Base plan starts at $300 per month and adds usage-based fees for listings and orders. The Pro plan starts at $2,000 per month with volume discounts and advanced automation. Enterprise pricing is custom. All plans need an annual contract, and Zentail says it does not offer monthly plans. Onboarding, training and core marketplace integrations are included.
No free trial is listed on Zentail's website. Instead, the site asks prospective customers to book a demo, and pricing is set in an annual contract. Zentail says all plans include onboarding and implementation support, so setup is done with its team rather than through a self-serve signup. Ask about a pilot or contract length during the demo if you want to test first.
Zentail contracts renew automatically for the same term unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the term ends. To cancel, send written notice to Zentail before that date, for example through your Customer Success contact or info@zentail.com. The terms do not describe refunds for leaving early, so plan the notice around your renewal date.
Zentail lists Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus, eBay and Newegg as marketplaces, and Shopify, Shopify Plus and BigCommerce as shopping carts. Its help center has separate sections for each of these channels. It also connects to shipping software such as ShipStation and ShipWorks, 3PLs such as ShipBob and Flexport, and inventory systems such as SkuVault, Finale Inventory and Fishbowl.
Zentail supports eBay, and its help center has an eBay section with 37 articles on setup, best practices and troubleshooting. Topics include the eBay integration page with Test Mode and Production Mode, eBay product IDs (ePID), Best Offer and auctions, Promoted Listings, bulk SKU assignment and variation listings. Its annual contract pricing is aimed at brands selling on several marketplaces.
SMART Types is Zentail's system for structuring product data. You enter product details once in Zentail's catalog, and SMART Types maps them to the categories and fields each marketplace requires, instead of you mapping every channel by hand. Zentail says this also helps keep listings compliant when marketplaces change their requirements, and it lists a 99% publish rate as a result.
Zentail was active when checked in September 2026, with a live website, published pricing, a help center and demo booking. No acquisition announcement was found. The company previously raised a $5 million Series A round led by Initialized Capital. Its site lists sales@zentail.com and info@zentail.com for contact.
Zentail customers can use the help center at help.zentail.com, which covers onboarding, catalog, orders, integrations and each sales channel, and they can contact support from there. For sales questions, Zentail lists sales@zentail.com, and for general questions info@zentail.com. All plans include ongoing support, and Enterprise plans add dedicated support and service level agreements.
Sellers comparing Zentail often look at Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor), Linnworks, Sellbrite and Feedonomics for multichannel listing and catalog management. For sellers focused on eBay who want listing, inventory, product research and a helpdesk without an annual enterprise contract, 3Dsellers is another option. Zentail publishes its own comparison of ChannelAdvisor alternatives on its blog.
