xSellco was an Irish software company founded in 2012 by Ray Nolan that made tools for online marketplace sellers: a helpdesk, a feedback request tool and an Amazon repricer. In 2021 the company rebranded as eDesk, the name of its helpdesk product, which had become its main focus. The xSellco helpdesk is now sold as eDesk, a shared inbox for customer messages from marketplaces, web stores and social channels. The feedback tool is offered as a Feedback add-on in eDesk pricing, and the repricer continues as Repricer.com, which xSellco combined with RepricerExpress in 2020. Some old xsellco.com pages still load but show outdated content with a 2019 copyright notice. Sellers looking for xSellco today should go to edesk.com or repricer.com.

FAQ
xSellco was not shut down. The company, founded in 2012 by Irish entrepreneur Ray Nolan, rebranded as eDesk in 2021. eDesk says the old name no longer matched a business that had grown from a set of marketplace tools into a customer service platform for online sellers. The helpdesk product that xSellco sold is now simply called eDesk.
Not under the xSellco name. The same company and products continue as eDesk, with pricing, trials and support on edesk.com. Some old xsellco.com pages still load, but they show outdated offers and a 2019 copyright notice, so they should not be used for current prices or plans. Sellers who used xSellco should look at eDesk for the helpdesk and at Repricer.com for repricing.
The repricer continues as Repricer.com. In September 2020 xSellco bought Lucid Interactive, the company behind RepricerExpress, and merged it with Repricer.com. Repricer.com still links to eDesk as a related product, and eDesk support explains how to start an eDesk trial from a Repricer.com account. When checked, Repricer.com listed Core at $99, Scale at $299 and Premium at $499 per month, with a 14-day trial.
The feedback request tool is still offered, now as part of eDesk. The eDesk pricing page lists Feedback as an add-on to its helpdesk plans. eDesk describes Feedback as automated review requests that target satisfied customers with selective requests on Amazon, eBay, Trustpilot and other sites. Pricing for the add-on was not shown on the main pricing page.
eDesk lists three main plans: Essential at $39 to $49 per month, Growth at $89 to $115, and Professional at $119 to $149, depending on whether you pay monthly or annually (annual billing is about 20% cheaper). Enterprise is custom priced. Plans include 1, 5 or 10 stores or marketplaces, and Enterprise has unlimited channels. The AI Agent costs $0.99 per automated outcome.
Yes. eDesk offers a 14-day free trial with full features and no credit card required. Repricer.com also offers a 14-day trial with no credit card required. xSellco Feedback used to offer a 28-day trial on the old xsellco.com pricing page, but that page is outdated, so check eDesk for current Feedback add-on terms.
xSellco accounts are now managed by eDesk. eDesk's help article says you need an Admin login to manage the subscription. It does not list self-service cancel steps; it asks customers who want to change or cancel eDesk, Repricer or Feedback to contact eDesk through its contact support page or support@edesk.com, or to speak with their Customer Success Manager.
eDesk says it connects natively with more than 300 marketplaces, web stores and social channels. Named marketplaces include Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Kaufland, Allegro, Bonanza, Cdiscount and Mirakl-based marketplaces. Web store connections include Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopware and Wix. It also connects messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Gmail.
You can email eDesk support at support@edesk.com or use the contact form on its contact support page. eDesk also runs a help center at support.edesk.com with articles on billing, subscriptions and connecting marketplaces, plus API documentation for developers. Customers with a Customer Success Manager can contact that person for account and subscription changes.
For the helpdesk side, sellers often compare eDesk with Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Re:amaze and ChannelReply. 3Dsellers is another option for eBay sellers, as it has a helpdesk for eBay messages along with listing and inventory tools. For repricing, Repricer.com is the direct successor to the xSellco Repricer, and sellers can compare it with other repricing tools that support their marketplaces.
