Vendsta prices plans by average monthly orders, and every plan allows unlimited eBay accounts. A 5 GBP plan covers 100 orders, Dealer is 10 GBP for 500, Marketer 20 GBP for 2,500, Trader 45 GBP for 10,000 and Retailer 75 GBP for 25,000 orders a month. Paying yearly gives two months free.

Yes. Vendsta offers a full 30-day free trial with no limitations and no card details required. Setup takes a few minutes and imports your eBay data. The company recommends at least about 10 orders per month to get value from the service.

Go to account settings in the top right drop down menu, open the Subscription tab and click Cancel Subscription. Vendsta's docs say the cancellation takes effect immediately, but you can continue using the service normally until the end of your current billing cycle. Export any data you want to keep before then.

Vendsta explains that eBay only allows the past 90 days of orders to be retrieved, so it cannot import older history when you sign up. It keeps all data from the date you join, so the longer you use Vendsta the more history you build up for charts and comparisons.

Vendsta averages your orders across all imported eBay accounts over the last three months up to your billing date. If that average will push you into a higher plan, it warns you three days before billing and moves you the day before. If it drops below your plan's lower limit, you are downgraded the following month.
