FAQ

How much does Vendoo cost?

Vendoo has a free plan for 5 items. Paid plans are Starter at $14.99 a month, Growth at $29.99 and Pro at $59.99. Paying yearly lowers them to $12.49, $24.99 and $49.99 a month. Growth adds AI listing help and bulk actions, and Pro adds automatic offers, marketplace sharing and listing videos. Businesses listing more than 1,000 items a month can ask sales for Enterprise pricing.

Does Vendoo have a free trial?

Yes. Vendoo gives 14 days of free access to premium features when you sign up. After that you can stay on the free plan, which covers 5 items and 3 background removals, or choose a paid plan. Vendoo's refund rules say it does not refund trials after billing, so cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.

How do I cancel my Vendoo subscription?

On the Vendoo website, go to Account Settings, open Subscription, choose Cancel Subscription and confirm. Your paid features keep working until the end of the billing period, and the plan will not renew. If the cancel option does not work for you, contact Vendoo through the help widget inside the app. You can come back later by picking a plan again in account settings.

Does Vendoo give refunds?

Refunds are limited. Vendoo says it refunds only when persistent software errors stop you from listing. It does not refund trials after billing, accounts used for testing, or months where items were already used, and annual plans are not refundable. The UK FAQ adds that monthly plans may get credits if the service fails. Cancel before renewal to avoid a new charge.

Which marketplaces does Vendoo work with?

Vendoo lists eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Depop, Shopify, Whatnot, Grailed, Vestiaire Collective and Sellwild. The UK version supports a shorter list: eBay, Depop, Etsy, Whatnot and Facebook Marketplace. Vendoo notes that outside the US, drafting and inventory management work, but access to some marketplaces depends on your location and marketplace requirements.

How do I contact Vendoo support?

Vendoo support is reached through the help button inside the app, which Vendoo says is staffed 7 days a week, or through the contact form at vendoo.co/contact, where replies come within a business day. No phone number is listed. The Help Center at help.vendoo.co has guides, and Vendoo also runs weekly live demos and a Facebook community group.

Is Vendoo a bot, and is it safe to use?

Vendoo says it is not a bot. Actions are started by the user, so you stay in control of what is listed or delisted. It describes its platform as running on a Google-secured cloud, says it never stores your marketplace login information, and says listings are protected and encrypted. Each marketplace's own rules on third-party tools still apply.

Does Vendoo have a mobile app?

Yes. Vendoo has apps for iPhone and iPad on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. The app lets you create listings, manage inventory and crosspost to supported marketplaces from your phone. A Chrome extension is also available for use on a computer, and the Vendoo Help Center has setup steps for installing it.

Can I import listings I already have on other marketplaces?

Yes. Vendoo can import your active listings from a connected marketplace so you can crosslist them without typing them again. Once an item is imported, you can edit it in Vendoo and send it to the other marketplaces you use. Importing is also included in the listed features of the Starter plan, along with templates and delisting and relisting.

What are the alternatives to Vendoo?

Other crosslisting tools include List Perfectly, Crosslist, Nifty, OneShop and Flyp. Sellers who mainly sell on eBay and want deeper eBay listing, template and messaging tools may also look at 3Dsellers, which is eBay-focused rather than a pure crosslister. Compare which marketplaces each tool supports, whether sold items are delisted automatically, and how pricing scales.
