Yes. Vendio offers a 15-day free trial, and its pricing page says no credit card is needed to start. You start the trial from the signup form on the Vendio homepage. Because plans upgrade automatically when you pass product or storage limits, check your product count before the trial ends so you know which paid tier you would be placed on.
Cancellation is done through a support request rather than a button. In your account, go to Help, then Contact Us, then Request Support, and ask for the account to be canceled. Include your username and the reason. Vendio sends a confirmation number when the account is closed. Charges already incurred before closing still apply on the next billing date, so cancel before your renewal.
Yes. As of September 2026 the Vendio website is live, shows a 2026 copyright for Vendio Services, LLC, lists current plans and accepts new signups for a free trial. The company says it was founded in 1999 and has served over 100,000 merchants, so it has been operating for more than two decades.
Vendio's current plans cover eBay, Amazon and Etsy, and every plan allows unlimited eBay accounts. Older third-party reviews also mention eBay Motors, Google Shopping and comparison sites such as Shopping.com, but the current pricing page lists only Amazon, eBay and Etsy as channels. Vendio also has shipping tools for printing postage and uploading tracking numbers.
Vendio lists phone support at (866) 269-9549 and a contact form on its website, with replies promised within 24 business hours. The Topaz, Ruby and Sapphire plans include phone, email and chat support, while Emerald and Diamond come with a dedicated account manager. There is also a paid premium support option called Vendio Personal Assistance. The mailing address is in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
Yes. Vendio says you can import your existing eBay listings or upload a CSV file to get started. After the import, you can update quantities and other fields one by one, with a bulk-edit tool, or by uploading another CSV file. This lets you move an existing eBay catalog into Vendio without re-creating each listing by hand.
Reviews are mixed. On WebRetailer, long-time users praise the simple navigation and say it has worked for them for many years. Other reviewers report slow support, bugs that stay unfixed, inventory sync problems between channels and billing that continued after they canceled. If you cancel, keep your confirmation number and check your next statement.
