It can copy listings between shops and channels with AI adaptation, merge listings, import and export CSV files, schedule updates and publication, and save listing profiles. Vela's help FAQ says it currently supports Etsy, Shopify, eBay and Faire. Amazon is not supported. Plans are priced per shop by listing count.

Vela is priced per shop per month based on how many listings the shop has. For up to 500 listings, Lite costs $29.95 and Plus costs $39.95. Prices increase in steps up to $54.95 for 7,500 to 10,000 listings, and larger shops get a quote. Connecting several shops gives 20% off all of them.
Vela's help center has an article on the Vela free trial, so new users can test it before paying. Vela also gives free access to its tools for a new shop in the activation workspace until you connect a live account on the new platform.
Vela's FAQ says it currently supports Etsy, Shopify, eBay and Faire, with more channels coming. You can connect as many shops as you want across these platforms, and each shop links to one Vela account. Amazon is not supported yet; it appears in Vela's wish list as a user request.
Yes. Vela lets you copy listings to another connected shop or a new shop, including between Etsy, Shopify, Faire and eBay. With AI copy on the Plus plan, it adapts titles and descriptions for the destination platform's search rules. Copying, merging and activating new channels are Plus features.
No. Vela's FAQ says that once changes are synced to your shop, they are permanent, so review edits before syncing. If you clicked Apply but not Sync Updates, you can go back and cancel the changes. Scheduled updates can be cancelled or rescheduled from the Schedule section before they run.
Cancellation steps were not listed on the Vela pages checked. Check your account's billing or subscription settings, or contact Vela through the help center's Contact link. If you subscribed through the Shopify App Store, uninstalling the Vela app from your Shopify admin ends Shopify app billing.
