Veeqo is shipping and inventory software for online sellers. It was founded in Wales and acquired by Amazon in 2021, and it still runs under the Veeqo name. It brings orders from channels such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, WooCommerce and TikTok Shop into one dashboard, offers discounted shipping labels with rate shopping, and can keep stock in sync across channels. The Shipping plan is free. After a 2026 pricing change, inventory sync, digital picking, purchasing automation and advanced reporting need a paid Inventory plan from $19 per month, and sellers who created accounts before May 5, 2026 must subscribe to keep them. A High Volume plan starts at $350 per month.

FAQ
Partly. Veeqo's Shipping plan is still free, with unlimited orders, users and products, discounted labels and shipping reports. In 2026 Veeqo replaced its Fair Usage Policy with paid plans, so inventory sync, digital picking, purchasing automation and advanced reporting now need the Inventory plan from $19 per month. Sellers with accounts created before May 5, 2026 must subscribe to keep those features.
Veeqo has three plans. Shipping is free. Inventory starts at $19 per month and adds inventory sync, demand forecasting, digital picking and multichannel listings. High Volume starts at $350 per month and adds a NetSuite integration, priority support and an account manager. Paid plans are usage-based, so the monthly cost moves with the number of seller-fulfilled orders you sync.
Veeqo used to unlock advanced features for free if you shipped at least half of your orders through Veeqo, under its Fair Usage Policy. That policy was replaced by paid plans. Inventory sync, digital picking, purchasing automation and advanced reporting moved to paid plans. Free users keep shipping tools, and lose the paid features if they do not subscribe.
Yes. Veeqo downloads new eBay orders every 10 minutes, including the last 90 days of orders when you connect, and checks for new eBay listings every 60 minutes. When you ship in Veeqo, tracking and fulfillment status go back to eBay within about an hour. If inventory control is on, stock changes are pushed to eBay right away. Stock sync needs a paid plan.
Veeqo's help center lists some limits for eBay. It cannot pull refunds from eBay or push refunds to eBay, it does not import cost prices from eBay, and it pulls eBay order numbers but not Sales Record Numbers. It also cannot route stock by the customer's state. Handle refunds in eBay directly and enter product costs in Veeqo yourself.
To cancel a paid plan, go to Settings, then Subscription, and choose Move to Shipping. You keep paid features until the billing period ends, then return to the free Shipping plan. To close the account entirely, Veeqo's terms require 30 days' notice and a cancellation form, which you get by emailing helpme@support.veeqo.com. Veeqo says no refunds are provided for fees.
Yes, Veeqo says it was acquired by Amazon in 2021 and is part of the Amazon family, though it still operates under the Veeqo brand. You do not need to sell on Amazon to use it. Veeqo's FAQ answers that question with 'Absolutely' and says it does not share your product or sales data with other Amazon business units.
Veeqo's help center at help.veeqo.com has setup guides for each channel, including eBay. For account and cancellation requests, Veeqo's terms point to the email helpme@support.veeqo.com. The High Volume plan adds priority support and a dedicated account manager. Some Capterra reviewers mention slow replies to technical issues, so allow time for complex problems.
For shipping labels, Capterra lists ShipStation, Pirate Ship and Stamps.com as top alternatives. For eBay multichannel listing and inventory sync, sellers also look at 3Dsellers, Sellbrite, Linnworks and Threecolts UniCon. Pick based on whether you mainly need cheap labels, which Veeqo still offers free, or inventory sync, which now needs a paid Veeqo plan.
