Unito

Unito is a no-code integration platform that keeps work tools in two-way sync.

Unito is a no-code integration platform that keeps work tools in two-way sync. Users build flows that copy and update tasks, tickets, records and rows between tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, monday.com, Wrike, ClickUp, GitHub, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets and Zendesk, with field mapping and rules. Enterprise plans add premium connectors such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira Data Center and Eloqua, on-premise options, SSO and advanced sync features. Pricing depends on the number of items kept in sync. Unito is aimed at project, IT, sales and support teams rather than online sellers. It has no connectors for eBay, Amazon, Shopify or other ecommerce platforms, so it does not sync listings, orders or inventory.

FAQ

How much does Unito cost?

Unito charges based on how many items you keep in sync. It offers self-serve Basic and Pro plans and custom Enterprise plans. Third-party 2026 guides list Basic at about $99 per month and Pro at about $299 per month. Items are counted on both sides of a flow, so 1,000 synced rows between two tools count as 2,000 items.

Does Unito have a free trial?

Yes. Unito's pricing page has Try it free and Start free trial buttons for its self-serve plans. User reports on the Atlassian community describe a 14-day free trial. You can build and test flows during the trial, then choose a plan based on the number of items you need to keep in sync.

How do I cancel Unito?

Unito's help center explains managing plans under Usage & billing in the app, but does not show a cancel button in the pages checked. Contact Unito support through the app or help center to cancel or downgrade before your renewal date. Enterprise customers should follow the notice terms in their contract.

Does Unito work with eBay, Amazon or Shopify?

No. Unito connects work management and business tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, HubSpot, Notion and Google Sheets. It has no connectors for eBay, Amazon, Shopify or other ecommerce platforms, so it cannot sync listings, orders or inventory. Sellers could only use it indirectly, for example to sync a Google Sheet with a task tool.

What happens if I go over my Unito item limit?

Unito notifies you in the app and by email when you exceed your plan's items in sync, along with the plan that fits your usage. Your workflows keep running. If the overage continues, Unito says your plan will be adjusted to match. Monitor usage in the Usage & billing screen to avoid unexpected changes.

How do I contact Unito support?

Unito has a help center at guide.unito.io with articles on flows, connectors, items in sync and billing, and its team can be contacted from the app. Self-serve plans get chat and email support according to third-party guides, while Enterprise customers get dedicated support. You can also book a demo from the website.

What are the alternatives to Unito?

Alternatives for syncing work tools include Zapier, Make, Exalate, Getint, Workato and n8n. Exalate and Getint focus on Jira and ServiceNow sync, while Zapier and Make are general automation tools. For ecommerce data such as eBay orders and inventory, sellers need marketplace-specific multichannel tools rather than work-management sync.
