Stamps.com has three monthly plans. Basic costs $14.99 a month for one user, up to 25 stamps and 10 shipping labels a month. Professional costs $29.99 a month for three users with unlimited stamps and labels, plus live chat and phone support. Multi-Location costs $49.99 a month. Postage is paid on top of the plan fee, with advertised discounts of up to 90% off carrier rates.

Yes. New Stamps.com accounts get a free trial. The pricing page describes a 30-day trial, and the eBay integration page says 4 weeks with free mailing supplies, a free 5 lb digital scale and free pickups. The paid plan starts automatically when the trial ends, and the cancel page warns you may be charged up to one additional service fee at the end of the billing cycle.

To cancel online, log in, choose Manage Account from the My Account menu, select Change/Cancel Plan in Account Settings, then click the link to close your account. You can also call 1-855-889-7867, Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm Pacific Time. Cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email when the account is closed.

Yes. Stamps.com connects to eBay so you can import orders with one click, including orders from multiple eBay accounts into one screen, and print labels in batches. After you print a label, it posts the USPS tracking number, ship date and mail class back to your eBay account automatically. The eBay integration page also says it supports eBay Guaranteed Delivery.

Stamps.com is owned by Auctane. Investment firm Thoma Bravo bought Stamps.com in October 2021 for about $6.6 billion and took it private, and the company renamed itself Auctane in December 2021. Auctane also runs ShipStation, ShippingEasy, Endicia and Metapack. Stamps.com still operates under its own brand, and its terms say the service is operated by Auctane, Inc. doing business as Stamps.com.
