SkuVault is still available. Linnworks, a UK-based inventory and order management company, completed its acquisition of SkuVault on September 1, 2022. Linnworks says the SkuVault product is still here and is now called SkuVault Core, as part of the Linnworks family of solutions. The old skuvault.com website redirects to linnworks.com, but existing users can still get support through a dedicated SkuVault Core help portal.
Linnworks' own product, pricing and support pages checked on 2026-09-14 still use the name SkuVault Core. Some third-party sites describe it as Linnworks Warehouse Management or Linnworks WMS. Linnworks also sells a separate warehouse module for its main Linnworks platform, and says deeper SkuVault Core features, such as quality control, serialization and a 3PL client portal, are only available in North America.
Linnworks does not publish prices for SkuVault Core. Its pricing page says plans are priced on monthly order volume, not revenue, with no percentage fees and overage charges if you pass your tier. Add-on modules are extra, and onboarding is a one-off fee based on your needs and timing. To get a price you need to request a quote or book a demo with the Linnworks sales team.
No public free trial is offered. Capterra lists SkuVault Core with no free trial and custom pricing, and the Linnworks product pages direct new users to book a demo instead. Linnworks says the average setup time for SkuVault Core is about 30 days, so most new customers go through a demo, a quote and a guided onboarding plan before they go live.
Linnworks says you can request profile cancellation via Linnworks.net, following its Subscription Cancellation Procedure support article. If you are under contract, you are expected to fulfill the contract in full, and downgrades or new terms are discussed when the contract ends. SkuVault Core customers can also open a ticket at help.skuvault.com or call support to confirm the notice period and final invoice.
Linnworks says SkuVault Core gives access to more than 100 integrations. Named sales channels include Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Shopify, and it connects to shipping software such as ShipStation. Capterra also lists QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, WooCommerce and Xero. Stock counts from the warehouse are synced to connected channels in real time so each listing shows the available quantity.

Yes. Linnworks says users can download or export data from their account, including inventory details, order information and sales reports. If you plan to leave, export your products, stock levels and order history before the account is closed so you keep a copy. If you cannot find a report that covers your full history, ask support which exports are available for your plan.
