SkuTrue was a listing and sync service for Amazon sellers who wanted to expand to eBay and Walmart. Sellers could port their existing Amazon catalog or scan UPCs to generate listings, connect eBay and Walmart accounts, and keep stock synchronised across marketplaces to avoid overselling. The company, based in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, pitched it as a way to reduce dependence on Amazon and the risk of suspensions. In 2024 it offered a free plan for 50 SKUs and paid plans from $29.99 per month. By May 2025 it had repositioned as a white-glove listing, optimisation and management service with plans starting at $199.99 per month. The website stopped responding after that, and no closure notice was found.

SkuTrue's website refused connections on 2026-09-14. The last live archive capture is from May 2025, when it had repositioned from a self-service sync tool with a free plan into a white-glove listing and management service costing $199.99 per month and up. No shutdown or acquisition announcement was found.
It does not appear to be. The site is unreachable and no archived pages after May 2025 were found. If you still have an account, email support@skutrue.com to check, but plan for the service being unavailable and review whether your eBay and Walmart stock is still being synced.
Listings created through SkuTrue live in your own eBay and Walmart seller accounts, so they stay online. The risk is that stock and prices no longer update when items sell on Amazon, which can cause overselling. Check quantities, end listings you cannot fulfil, and connect another sync tool.
With the site offline, SkuTrue exports are not reachable. Download active listing reports from eBay Seller Hub and item reports from Walmart Seller Center, and your Amazon inventory report from Seller Central. Those files contain the SKUs, titles and quantities needed to rebuild listings or connect a new tool.
In October 2024 SkuTrue offered a free Basic plan for 50 SKUs, Scale at $29.99 per month for 1,800 SKUs and Pro at $79.99 per month for 10,000 SKUs. By May 2025 the plans were Basic $199.99, Scale $499.99 and Pro $799.99 per month, with custom Plus plans. These prices are historical.
