Log in to hub.shipworks.com and open Account, then My ShipWorks Account. In the User Account Billing Information section, click Change... (legacy customers see Cancel...), then choose Looking to cancel your plan? Click here. Complete the form and click Cancel Account. ShipWorks opens a support ticket and a representative will contact you. Service continues until the billing period ends, then your Stamps.com USPS postage account is suspended.
ShipWorks has four published plans, billed monthly. Ecommerce Professional costs $189 for up to 5,000 shipments and one ship-from location. Warehouse Essential costs $389 for 12,000 shipments, Warehouse Professional $639 for 25,000, and Warehouse Elite $799 for 50,000, with two or more locations, order routing and pick-pack verification. All plans include unlimited users and computers. Volumes above 50,000 get custom pricing.

There is no permanent free plan. The lowest published plan, Ecommerce Professional, costs $189 per month for up to 5,000 shipments, so it is aimed at higher-volume sellers.
ShipWorks is mainly desktop software. It runs on Windows 10 or Windows Server and stores data in Microsoft SQL Express 2017 by default, which has a 10 GB database limit; busy users can upgrade to SQL Server Standard. A web-based Hub lets you manage carrier accounts, inventory and orders from a browser. Minimum hardware is a 2-core processor with 4 GB of RAM, and 8 GB is recommended.

It was acquired by Stamps.com in 2014, and Stamps.com later became Auctane. The ShipWorks site does not name a parent company, but its pricing page also sells ShipStation cloud plans, and cancelled accounts lose their Stamps.com USPS postage account.
In ShipWorks, add an eBay store and click Create Login Token. This opens eBay's login page, where you grant permission, and a secure token is sent back to ShipWorks so your password is not stored. You need the latest ShipWorks version and administrator rights. Orders download on demand or on a schedule, and when you ship, ShipWorks sends the order status, shipping method and tracking to eBay.
ShipWorks says it has more than 70 built-in integrations. Named channels on its homepage include eBay, Walmart, Shopify Plus, Magento and ChannelAdvisor, and its help center has setup guides for platforms such as Brightpearl and Rithum. If a channel is not supported, orders can come in by file import, the ShipWorks API or an ODBC database connection. USPS is among the highlighted carriers.

Cancellation requests also create a ticket, and a representative follows up.
