ShipStation
ShipStation is web-based shipping and order fulfillment software for ecommerce sellers.
ShipStation is web-based shipping and order fulfillment software for ecommerce sellers. It imports orders from marketplaces and store platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop and Shopify, lets users compare carrier rates and print labels in batches, and sends tracking back to the sales channel. Higher plans add unlimited automations, API access, and inventory and warehouse features. Stamps.com bought ShipStation in 2014, and Stamps.com later became Auctane. On June 1, 2026, Auctane and WWEX Group completed a merger and now operate as ShipStation Global, backed by Thoma Bravo. In July 2025 ShipStation moved new customers from its legacy plans to Starter, Standard and Premium plans. Prices start at $14.99 per month with a 30-day free trial.

Yes. Customers who signed up on or after July 9, 2025 are placed on the new Starter, Standard and Premium plans. Older customers on Legacy plans must pay a monthly Your Carriers add-on to use their own carrier accounts: $5 on Starter, $20 on Growth Bronze, $30 on Growth Silver, $40 on Scale Gold, $60 on Scale Platinum and $95 on Scale Enterprise. Go to Account Settings, then Selling Channels, then Store Setup, and click Connect a Store. Choose eBay, click Connect and sign in to eBay to authorize ShipStation. Orders with a ship-to address and at least one item import automatically. When you create a label, ShipStation sends the shipment details to eBay, but it can only update each eBay order once. The eBay connection needs re-authorizing every year.

ShipStation's Trustpilot page shows a 3.4 out of 5 score from about 690 reviews, split between many 5-star and many 1-star ratings. Positive reviews mention fast label creation and friendly, knowledgeable support staff.
