It pulls orders from more than 90 sales channels, including eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and NetSuite, and prints labels for carriers such as UPS, USPS and FedEx. Higher plans add your own carrier accounts, QuickBooks and NetSuite features, LTL freight and database connectivity. The Descartes Systems Group announced it had bought ShipRush on May 19, 2017, for about $14 million plus an earn-out, and the product is still sold and supported in 2026. The main product is the web app, Descartes ShipRush Web, with plans from $9.95 per month and a 15-day free trial.

This page shows your current plan, subscription status and next invoice date, plus cancel plan and cancel subscription links. Descartes ShipRush lists four plans, billed monthly in US dollars. Express costs $9.95 and includes unlimited shipments and 3 users. Speedy costs $29.95 and adds your own carrier accounts and QuickBooks. Warehouse costs $99.95 and adds LTL freight, NetSuite rating and database connectivity. Enterprise/OEM is custom priced. Extra users are sold in bundles of 3 at the base plan price.
Yes. The Express, Speedy and Warehouse plans each come with a 15-day free trial, according to the ShipRush pricing page. That page does not list a permanent free plan. The ShipRush eBay integration page does mention a Starter plan with no subscription fee, but that plan is not shown on the pricing page, so confirm with sales before relying on it.
Yes. ShipRush is still sold in 2026 as Descartes ShipRush, with a live pricing page, knowledge base and support team based in Seattle. The Descartes Systems Group announced on May 19, 2017, that it had acquired ShipRush for about $14 million upfront plus up to $3 million in earn-out payments. The ShipRush website footer now carries the Descartes copyright.
In ShipRush, open Settings and choose Add Web Store at the top of the screen, then click the eBay icon. Enter your eBay web store name and eBay username, click Next and accept the terms so ShipRush can read your account data. eBay may ask to verify you with the cell phone linked to the account. Follow the setup wizard until it finishes.
ShipRush says it connects to more than 90 sales channels. Named integrations include eBay, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento) and NetSuite. Yes. The Warehouse plan at $99.95 per month includes LTL freight, and LTL add-ons are priced by carrier count. LTL Rating with 3 carriers costs $100 per month, LTL Shipping with 5 carriers costs $150 per month, and LTL Shipping with 10 carriers costs $250 per month. A NetSuite SuiteApp and Descartes Peoplevox add-on is listed at $50.
