To close a Shippo account, click the Account icon, open Billing and check Invoices & Transactions for any pending purchases. Then click the Account icon, select Plan, go to the Plan tab and click Close Account. Pick a reason and confirm. Closing cannot be undone. If you are on Pro, downgrade first to stop monthly fees. Starter users are not charged for an unused account.

Shippo's Starter plan is free for up to 30 labels a month. Pro uses volume tiers from $19 to $199 per month for 31 to 10,000 labels, with a 10% discount on annual billing. Premier has custom pricing and unlimited labels. If you ship more than your tier allows, Shippo moves you to the next tier and bills it at the start of your next billing cycle.

Shippo has a free Starter plan rather than a time-limited trial. It covers up to 30 labels a month for one user and includes Shippo's discounted USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express rates. You still pay postage and any insurance. Connecting your own carrier account costs 5 cents per label on Starter. The pricing page does not mention a free trial of the paid Pro plan.

In Shippo, go to Settings, open the Stores tab and select eBay, then click Continue and approve the connection. Paid eBay orders import automatically to the Orders page; orders still in Active status are not imported. After you buy a label, tracking syncs back to eBay and the order shows as fulfilled. Shippo supports eBay.com and eBay.ca, and multiple eBay accounts share one orders list.

Shippo lists eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop as marketplace integrations. Store platforms include Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Square, Magento 2 and Webflow. For carriers it supports USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Royal Mail, DPD, GLS, Deutsche Post and others. Shippo also offers a shipping API for businesses that want to connect their own systems.
