ShippingEasy
ShippingEasy is web-based shipping and order management software for online sellers.
ShippingEasy is web-based shipping and order management software for online sellers. It imports orders from marketplaces and store platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart and Shopify, then lets sellers compare carrier rates and buy discounted USPS and UPS labels. It also offers branded tracking, returns, reporting and an email marketing add-on. ShippingEasy is based in Austin, Texas, and was acquired by Stamps.com in 2016. Stamps.com later became Auctane, and in June 2026 Auctane merged with WWEX Group to form ShipStation Global. The ShippingEasy site still runs under its own name and links to Auctane's privacy policy. Pricing is based on monthly shipment volume, with a free plan for up to 25 shipments and paid plans from $19.99 per month.

FAQ
Log in, open Settings and choose Subscriptions & Billing. Click Cancel Account, complete the short feedback form and confirm that you understand you will lose access right away. Then click Cancel my account. Access ends immediately, not at the end of the billing cycle. Download your shipment history before closing, because you cannot view it afterwards. Refunds of unused postage funds from carrier accounts can take 6-8 weeks.
ShippingEasy has a free Starter plan for up to 25 shipments a month. Yes. ShippingEasy advertises a 30-day free trial of its paid features. It also has a permanent free Starter plan that covers up to 25 shipments per month, discounted USPS and UPS rates, automation tools and order imports from up to 3 stores. Paid plans, starting at $19.99 per month, add phone, email and chat support, unlimited stores, CSV uploads and branded tracking.
Yes. ShippingEasy is still operating in 2026 under its own name, with live pricing and an active help center. It was bought by Stamps.com in 2016, and Stamps.com later became Auctane. On June 1, 2026, Auctane and WWEX Group completed a merger and now operate as ShipStation Global, backed by Thoma Bravo. The merger announcement names ShipStation and Stamps.com but does not mention ShippingEasy.
Go to Settings > Stores & Orders, click Add New, choose eBay, enter your eBay username and approve access on eBay. Orders then import automatically, and tracking numbers are sent back to eBay when you create a label. eBay's Shipped and Cancelled statuses do not sync into ShippingEasy. Each eBay store needs its own connection. The eBay token expires after 18 months, and ShippingEasy sends a reminder 30 days before.
ShippingEasy imports orders from eBay, Amazon, Etsy and Walmart, and from store platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Squarespace and Volusion. Supported carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce, DHL Express and GlobalPost. The free Starter plan connects up to 3 stores, while paid plans allow unlimited stores and CSV order uploads for channels without a direct integration.
ShippingEasy support is available by phone at (855) 202-2275 and by live chat, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Central Time. Existing customers can also email the support team, which says it checks email over the weekend for urgent requests. The help center at support.shippingeasy.com has more than 1,500 articles covering setup, carriers, billing and store integrations.
Yes, on paid plans. When an account reaches 90% of its monthly shipment limit, ShippingEasy moves it to the next plan, and upgrades take effect right away with prorated billing. Free accounts get a warning email near the 25-shipment limit instead. ShippingEasy does not downgrade accounts when volume drops, so you need to change plans yourself. Downgrades start at the next billing cycle.
Common alternatives include ShipStation, which starts at $14.99 per month; Shippo, with a free plan for up to 30 labels a month; Veeqo, Amazon's free multichannel shipping software that supports eBay; Pirate Ship, which charges no monthly fee; Ordoro, which has a free shipping app; and Descartes ShipRush, from $9.95 per month.
