Archived copies of shelftrend.com show the eBay data product, with login and pricing pages, until at least January 2025. By March 2025 the homepage had changed to a product research publication, and the analytics tool is no longer offered. Today shelftrend.com publishes free product and category trend articles and a newsletter, and its eBay analytics page promotes ZIK Analytics. The old app login domain, app.shelftrend.com, did not resolve on 2026-09-14.

ShelfTrend stopped offering its eBay analytics tool and became a product research publication. Wayback Machine captures show the eBay data product with login and pricing pages in January 2025. By March 2025 the homepage described ShelfTrend as market research powered by AI, with a subscribe button instead of a login. No public shutdown announcement was found, so the exact end date of the tool is not known.
The shelftrend.com website is still online, but the eBay analytics tool is not. The current site has no login or pricing page. Its About page describes ShelfTrend as an ecommerce intelligence publisher that sends a free bi-weekly research email. The old login address, app.shelftrend.com, did not resolve when checked on 2026-09-14, so former users cannot sign in to past reports.
A January 2024 archived pricing page listed a Free plan with summary data and up to 250 queries per month, and a Premium plan at USD 24.99 per month with listing-level data, keyword analysis, eBay search rank, CSV downloads, three scheduled reports and up to 750 queries per month. Enterprise pricing was by quote. In 2021, the paid plan cost USD 19.99 per month. No paid plans exist today.
ShelfTrend's 2021 homepage said it held inventory and sales data for over a billion listings in tens of thousands of categories across more than 20 countries. Its 2016 and 2017 homepage described 22 eBay markets and cross-border comparisons of trends, prices and inventory. The tool focused on eBay only. The current site writes about Amazon, Shopify, eBay and Walmart, but offers no data tool.
There is no longer a ShelfTrend account area to cancel from, because the analytics tool and its login domain are gone. Archived pricing pages said the paid plan had no commitment and could be cancelled at any time. If you still see a recurring ShelfTrend charge, contact your card issuer or cancel the payment in PayPal. For the free newsletter, use the unsubscribe option in the email.
Not anymore. When the tool was running, the Premium plan let users download report data to CSV for offline analysis and save queries to a dashboard. Since the app login domain no longer works, saved reports and queries cannot be reached. No data export notice was found on the current site or in archived pages, so any data not downloaded earlier appears to be lost.
ShelfTrend now publishes free product and category research. Its site has sections for auto parts, electronics, fashion, home and garden, health and beauty, sporting goods and business and industrial, plus market strategy articles dated as recently as September 2026. Its About page says it covers trending products, buyer demand, competition and sourcing ideas, and it sells advertising to manufacturers and solution providers.
The current ShelfTrend site does not show a support email on the pages checked. It links to ShelfTrend pages on Facebook and Instagram, and has Subscribe and Advertise pages for readers and advertisers. The older help center, archived in March 2025, had a contact link for questions about the analytics reports, but that help content is no longer part of the live site.
For eBay sales and product research, ShelfTrend's own eBay analytics page now points readers to ZIK Analytics, which offers eBay product research and market insight tools. eBay also provides Terapeak product research inside Seller Hub for sold-listing data. Sellers who mainly need listing, order and messaging tools rather than research can look at all-in-one eBay tools such as 3Dsellers.
