It connects to more than 100 shop systems and marketplaces, including eBay, Amazon, Shopify and WooCommerce, and to carriers such as DPD, UPS, FedEx and PostNord. The eBay integration imports orders automatically and can send shipment feedback back to eBay. Sendcloud fully supports shipping from eight countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK. There is a free plan for up to 20 parcels a month, and paid plans start at 28 euros per month plus a fee per label. The site was live when checked on 2026-09-14.

Sendcloud has a free plan for up to 20 parcels a month, where you pay only per label. Paid plans on the international site are Lite at 28 euros per month plus 0.10 euros per label, Growth at 87 euros plus 0.09 euros, Premium at 175 euros plus 0.08 euros, and Pro at 639 euros plus 0.07 euros. Yearly billing saves 20%. Enterprise pricing is custom.
Both. Sendcloud offers a 14-day free trial of its paid plans with no credit card required. It also has a Free plan with no subscription fee for up to 20 parcels per month, where you pay per label. On the Free plan you can only use Sendcloud's own shipping rates, not your own courier contract, and the feature set is limited. A paid trial renews automatically unless you deactivate it.
Sendcloud cannot cancel it for you. In your Sendcloud panel, go to Account, then Subscription, click Switch to the Free plan, tick the box and click Deactivate. A monthly plan stays usable until the end of the month you paid for. A yearly plan stays active until its renewal date. To delete the whole account, go to Account, scroll down and click Delete account.
In Sendcloud, go to Settings, then Integrations, find eBay and click Connect. You are sent to eBay to sign in to your seller account and grant Sendcloud access. After you agree, you return to Sendcloud and eBay orders are imported automatically into the incoming orders overview. Under Configure you can choose when shop feedback is sent back to eBay and whether to import parcel weight.
Sendcloud's help center says its tracking emails are disabled for eBay integrations because of eBay's member-to-member contact policy, which limits outside messages to buyers. You can still create labels for imported eBay orders and choose in the integration settings when shipment feedback is sent back to eBay. Sendcloud's UK eBay page says the tracking number is sent back to eBay when a label is requested.
Yes. Sendcloud's UK eBay page says you can connect eBay on the Free plan and there is no separate eBay app fee. The integration imports new orders in near real time and syncs unfulfilled orders from the last 30 days. It can also import customs data such as HS codes and country of origin, and eBay orders can use the Sendcloud returns portal.
Sendcloud fully supports shipping from eight European countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom. If your invoice address is in one of those countries, except the UK, and you have a direct contract with a supported courier, you can also ship from Czechia, Denmark, Poland, Portugal and Sweden. From these countries you can send parcels worldwide.
Yes, with limits. Moving to a more expensive plan, or from monthly to yearly billing, counts as an upgrade and takes effect right away with prorated billing. Moving to a cheaper plan, or from yearly to monthly, counts as a downgrade and only takes effect on your renewal date. Yearly plans cannot be changed before the end of the subscription period.
Sendcloud support is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30 GMT+1, and UK support runs from 8:30 to 17:00 GMT. Logged-in users can open Sendcloud Messenger from the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the panel, continue chats on WhatsApp, call, or submit a ticket. The public Help Center, status page and API documentation are also available.
Other multi-carrier shipping tools that connect to eBay include ShipStation, Easyship and Packlink PRO. ShipStation lists eBay among its marketplace integrations and is widely used in the US, where Sendcloud does not list full support. eBay sellers with low volume can also buy and print labels directly in eBay Seller Hub. Sellers who want a warehouse to ship for them may look at 3PLs such as ShipBob or ShipMonk.
