FAQ
SellerChamp does not publish a price list. Each customer gets a custom quote based on SKU count, monthly order volume, sales channels and the features used, such as bulk listing, repricing or dropshipping. The pricing page says there are no GMV fees, per-channel fees or setup fees. Billing is month to month by default, and annual billing is offered at a 20% discount. Quotes usually come back within one business day.
Yes. SellerChamp's FAQ says you can start with a free trial or book a live demo before committing, and the pricing page states that no credit card is needed. The trial length is not stated on the pages checked. The terms of service say that if you end your plan during the free trial period you are not charged a service fee, so cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to continue.
SellerChamp's terms of service say you can cancel online through your account or by calling customer support at (469) 589-5061, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm Central time. You will be asked to verify your account details and confirm that you want to cancel. Monthly plans stay active until the end of the current billing period. If you chose annual billing, you have committed to a full year of service.
According to SellerChamp's terms of service, if you end a monthly or annual plan within the first 30 days after signing up, you get a full refund of the service fees paid, but not postage or insurance fees. After 30 days, SellerChamp chooses between a prorated partial refund with the account closed right away, or keeping the account open until the billing cycle ends with no refund.
SellerChamp's FAQ lists Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, BigCommerce, Etsy, Poshmark, Overstock, Newegg, TikTok, Temu and Best Buy, and says more channels are added over time. The site footer also lists Google Shopping and WooCommerce, fulfillment connections to Amazon FBA and Flexport, and shipping connections to ShipStation and ShipRush. Suppliers can be connected through API and FTP data feeds.
Yes. When checked on 2026-09-14, the SellerChamp website was live with a 2026 copyright notice, a blog post dated September 2026 and product updates from August 2026. The homepage linked to working sign-up and login pages on app.sellerchamp.com, and the pricing page was taking quote requests. No shutdown, acquisition or rebrand notice was found on the site.
SellerChamp's FAQ says it offers live chat, email support, a help center and onboarding assistance. Its FAQ and support pages show the phone number (888) 456-3109 and link to help docs, a community forum and live chat. For cancellations, the terms of service give a separate support line, (469) 589-5061, open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm Central time.
SellerChamp's FAQ says its inventory sync across connected marketplaces is meant to make sure you never sell products you do not have in stock. When an item sells on one channel, stock is updated on the other channels. The FAQ also says orders can be routed automatically to Amazon FBA, your own warehouse or integrated 3PL partners. Sync timing per channel is not described on the FAQ page.
SellerChamp's FAQ says you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. If your order volume goes over your plan during a billing cycle, your account is moved automatically to the next tier, and you are charged a prorated amount for the rest of that cycle. Because pricing depends on order volume and SKU count, it helps to confirm tier limits when you get your quote.
Common multichannel alternatives include Sellercloud, Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor) and Linnworks, which SellerChamp compares itself with on its pricing page. Other options are Selro, a UK tool with published order-based plans, and 3Dsellers, an eBay-focused tool for bulk listing and editing, listing templates, an eBay message helpdesk, feedback and order management, with multichannel selling through its EasyChannel product.
