The landing page was online on 2026-09-14, but the support, pricing and FAQ addresses all redirect to that single page, and the copy mentions older eBay tasks such as updating a PayPal address. There is no visible help center or recent update log, so test the trial carefully before relying on it.

The landing page says you can cancel with a couple of clicks of the mouse, and each call to action says cancel anytime. The exact menu path is not documented publicly. Look in the account or billing settings inside the app, and cancel before the 14-day trial ends if you do not want a paid plan.
