Yes. Both plans on the Richpanel Shopify App Store listing include a 14-day free trial. The richpanel.com pricing page also shows Start free trial buttons for its Self Service and Help Desk products. During the trial you can connect your store and test the AI agent, then choose a plan before the trial ends to avoid interruptions.

Go to Settings > Subscription in the Richpanel app and click Cancel Plan, and do it before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you signed an Order Form for a fixed term, Richpanel's terms say fees for that term are non-cancelable and early termination is not allowed. Shopify installs should also uninstall the app in the Shopify admin.

Richpanel lists an Amazon integration that lets agents reply to Amazon store queries from the Richpanel inbox. It does not list an eBay integration, so eBay buyer messages cannot be managed in Richpanel.
