ResellKit is a downloadable crosslisting app from Xtentify LLC that copies listings between eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace and Etsy. Instead of a monthly subscription it uses credits: every user receives 50 free credits and can claim more every 30 days, and extra credit packages can be bought with no monthly commitment. Crosslisting one item to one or several marketplaces uses a single credit. A beta Autopilot feature watches for new orders and removes sold items from the other platforms to reduce double sales, but it only works while the app is running on a device connected to the internet. The site links documentation and tutorials, and its footer has not been updated since 2024.

FAQ

How much does ResellKit cost?

ResellKit uses credits rather than a subscription. Every user gets 50 free credits and can claim more every 30 days, so you can try it without paying. If you need more, you buy a credit package with no monthly commitment. Package prices load inside the page and were not visible in the version checked.

How many credits does a crosslisted item use?

One. The pricing FAQ says crosslisting an item to one or more marketplaces deducts only one credit from your account. Credits are only used when you actually crosslist an item to another marketplace, not when you import or edit listings, and never more than one per item.

Which marketplaces does ResellKit work with?

ResellKit supports eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace and Etsy. The site notes it has no affiliation with those companies and that it uses the Etsy API without being endorsed by Etsy. It is a desktop app you download, so crosslisting runs from your computer.

Does ResellKit delist items when they sell?

Its Autopilot feature, still marked beta, looks for new orders and removes sold items from your other platforms to reduce double selling. The site warns that Autopilot only works while ResellKit is running on your device and that device is connected to the internet, so sales made while the app is closed are not caught until it runs again.

Can I get a refund from ResellKit?

The terms say all sales are final and premium plan payments are not refunded unless a plan offers it, although you can request a refund and the company decides eligibility. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Use the contact form and pick Claim Refund. Using the refund feature more than once may get your account banned.

How do I fix the certificate has expired error?

The ResellKit FAQ explains that some users saw a certificate has expired error when the app could not connect to its servers, even though the certificate was valid. The company added a workaround, and installing the latest version of the app, v1.1.10 or newer, should fix it.

What are alternatives to ResellKit?

Other crosslisting tools include Vendoo, List Perfectly, Crosslist, Zipsale and Nifty, most of which run in the browser and charge monthly. Sellers who mainly sell on eBay and need listing, order and messaging tools in one place can look at 3Dsellers. Compare which marketplaces each supports and whether auto delisting runs in the cloud.
