Sellers keep listing on eBay as usual, can add their own messages, receive copies of every email and get a monthly report on emails sent and sales driven. The service says it handles unsubscribes and follows CAN-SPAM rules. In 2016 it was advertised as free; the current site asks sellers to request a custom proposal instead.

The site does not publish prices. Its FAQ says the company offers several pricing options to fit different eBay accounts and asks sellers to request a custom proposal. An archived version from 2016 described AutomaticSeller as completely free, so pricing has changed over time. Ask for fees in writing before signing up.

The FAQ says no one else has access to your list. Each client's list is stored separately in a password protected system and used only to market that seller's items. You are automatically added to your own list, so you receive a copy of every email sent to your clients.
The site has a Contact Us page and a custom proposal form, but on 2026-09-14 the contact page showed a placeholder email address rather than a real one. Use the form to ask about pricing or to stop the service, and request written confirmation that billing and emails have ended.
eBay's own tools for repeat buyers include store follower newsletters, coded coupons and send offers to interested buyers. eBay management software such as 3Dsellers includes buyer messaging and follow-up automation, and sellers who also run a website often use Mailchimp or Klaviyo for customers who opted in there.
